We met Susan Collins during a camping trip to the Similkameen Valley in 2006. We were just about to retire and move away from New Westminster to somewhere quiet and beautiful. We were only half way decided to buy a home in the Princeton area but as soon as we met Susan we were all the way decided to move here.
Susan came right to our campsite and showed us the current listings, answered our many questions and made a list of our requirements. We were impressed with her professional, friendly manner and we liked her on the spot. Over the following months she emailed pictures and showed us lots of properties and different options that would interest us.
At that time in the fall of 2006 there were not that many properties available in our price range but due to Susan’s tireless efforts, we found exactly the home we wanted.

When we planned our move from Nanaimo to Princeton in August of 2007, we found Brenda Crawford on the computer. She sent us listing information that was within what we were looking for. We came to Princeton to view several listings several times, but did not find 'the one'. In the duration of our search Brenda was very attentive and was always willing to accommodate our schedule and long distance travel plans. She was as determined as we were to find 'our place'. We are very particular people and her patience allowed us to explore as many options as possible, which lead to us finding our perfect home in December of 2008. Brenda and her team were there 100% the whole time, looking out for our best interests, ensuring a smooth negotiation, and helping us with last minute complications. We felt she earned her commission many times over. The day we moved in was obviously filled with excitement and there she was along side us carrying furniture from the moving truck just like she was a friend we had known for years. We have been here now 10 months and have developed a very good friendship with Brenda, her husband and her family.
