I
moved to Princeton from Vancouver Island in 1992.Prior to coming here, my
background was, in chronological order, logging, construction, commercial
fishing and land development. I continue to be involved in land development
and have hands on experience working with a wide number of professionals
including surveyors, engineers, lawyers, and well drilling. I understand the
process from application through to completion when it comes to re-zoning or
sub-dividing property. Since 1986 I have personally owned and sold over 30
land holdings that I have either developed myself, or helped the new owners
to develop.
I
have had experience with the real estate market for over 25 years and have
been a licensed Realtor since 2000. At the present I am one of the partners
of Realty Executives Princeton, with my wife Cindy and realtors Brenda &
Susan.
Because
of both my professional and personal experience, I am able to help you buy
and develop large or small land holdings or to enable you to find your
perfect home or vacation property. I invite you to take advantage of my
expertise.
I enjoy what the Similkameen Valley offers by way of hunting and fishing and other recreational activities. My wife, Cindy and I raise and train Labrador Retrievers, as well as operate a boarding kennel.
